Ratio is hosted on Lovable Cloud, a managed platform whose controls are independently audited and certified to SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001:2022 standards. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access to production systems is tightly controlled.
Every conversation, document, memo and shared file is protected by database-level access controls. Only you — or members of a project you belong to — can ever read your content. Private files are served through short-lived links issued only after an access check.
Ratio was built for professionals who handle confidential client data. Your content is never used to train AI models. AI providers process requests transiently, subject to their data-handling policies, and your stored answers and files remain yours alone.
Before any external research search is run, Ratio's agents are instructed to strip confidential and client-identifying details. Ratio's UK tax knowledge library contains authoritative reference material — legislation and HMRC guidance — never client records, and is protected by restricted, read-only access.
